Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns requirements:

  • Items must be in an original, unworn, unwashed condition with no marking/animal hair and all original tags.

  • Must be within 30 days of post drop-off.

  • Must be a full-price item (no sale items). Items purchased at full price with a discount code are accepted.

  • Must be for a damaged item or change of size/store credit.

  • Must include reason for return and order number in the return package (can write on the packing slip originally included)

  • No change of mind refunds.

We suggest that all items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you can return items within the 30-day timeframe.

Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility of Tanah Folk, please retain your tracking number to prove postage.

As our pieces are limited, we cannot guarantee your size will be available, it is recommended that you purchase the size you want to exchange for and then email for a refund of the original. If sizes are unavailable and the garment still holds tags/in perfect condition we can give a store credit (no time limit).

To return an item, first ensure it meets the criteria mentioned above.

Ensure you include the reason for return and order number in the package and retain your tracking.

You can further let us know you have sent it back at tanahfolk@gmail.com, although this is not necessary if you have attached a reason for the return and order number in your package.

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review, once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or a refund/credit of the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) via the payment method used during your purchase.

We do not refund shipping charges unless your items are faulty.
